Legacy Chocobo

The legacy Chocobo is obtained by being a user with a service account that had a paid period for at least 90 cumulative days (subscription) between January 6, 2012 and the start of version 2.0 beta testing. The legacy chocobo has no known special abilities or traits above any other mount in FFXIV: ARR. There are several visual differences that appeal to the legacy players for their part in supporting the legacy version while in transition to 2.0.

After the release of version 2.0 anyone who has a qualifying legacy account can obtain their legacy chocobo via the Moogle Mail system in any Nation State or camp where the Moogle Mail area resides. Look for the moogle Mail symbol on your map to find the nearest location. Once access to mail is gained a letter from the SE team containing your Legacy Chocobo whistle will be enclosed. After the player obtains the whistle and accesses it in the inventory, the player can then cast the whistle on theirself and begin to use it to call their Legacy Chocobo mount at any time.

Players must present Fraegeim with a Storm Chocobo Issuance. This document can be obtained by exchanging 2000 company seals with the Storm quartermaster.

Requirements:

• You must be at least Level 20
• You must be a member of the Grand Company
• You?have to complete?the Level 20 story quest "Hero in the Making"
• Finish the quest "My Little Chocobo"?given by your Company Commander.

Immortal Flames

Side quest "My Little Chocobo"Players must present Mimigun with a Flame Chocobo Issuance. This document can be obtained by exchanging 2000 company seals with the Immortal Flames quartermaster.

Requirements:

• You must be at least Level 20
• You must be a member?of the Grand Company
• You have to complete the Level 20 story quest "For Coin and Country"
• Finish the quest?"My Little Chocobo"?given by your Company Commander.

Twin Adder

Obtained from:

Side quest?"My Little Chocobo"Players must present Cingur with a Serpent Chocobo Issuance. This document can be obtained by exchanging 2000 company seals with the Twin Adders quartermaster.

Requirements:

• You must be at least Level 20
• You must be a member?of the Grand Company
• You have to complete the Level 20 story quest?"Wood's Will Be Done"
• Finish the quest?"My Little Chocobo"?given by your Company Commander.
