The FFXIV Mountain Zu mount is obtained via an exclusive promotion with Mtn Dew and is currently only available to players in the United States from May 16, 2024, to July 14, 2024. To earn the Mountain Zu mount in FFXIV, you must redeem special 10-digit codes found under the bottle cap of specific bottles of Mtn Dew soda that feature the Mtn Dew Gaming Xbox promotion on the label.

Cans and bottles with other promotions on the label will not have the redeemable codes you need for the limited-time Final Fantasy XIV mount.
