Things Done Changed Walkthrough

You later wake up in what seems like an FIA-operated hospital in Langley. Reed will be the first person you speak to since the operation.

Talk to him, and he'll explain everything that has happened since you lost consciousness inside the FIA AV.

Once he has left, call any of your friends and decide who to visit.

• Viktor thought you had died after disappearing for two years. He'll tell you to visit his clinic to see if the no-chrome situation is true.
• Panam has left NC, and her number is no longer operational. You can only leave her a voicemail.
• River needed money for Randy's rehab, so he sold a ton of police secrets to Trauma Team. He'll refuse to see you.
• Kerry<meta />'s career is even more prominent now, but he'll be too busy to see you.
• Judy will be glad to hear that you're alive, but she's now married to a girl named Bianca and living in Pittsburgh.

When you finish calling all your friends, stand up and use the intercom to leave the clinic.

Back in Night City

Delamain will drive you to Vik's clinic; you can ask him what changed about Night City in the two years you were in a coma.

Grab the bottle and get out of the cab. You'll soon see that Misty's shop is long gone and is replaced by a Zetatech cyberware store. Head to Vik's shop and hand him the bottle; you can ask him about Misty before hopping on the chair.

• Vik will shortly confirm that he can do nothing about your Chrome-less situation. Shake Viktor's hands and leave his clinic; two street thugs soon confront you.

You'll run into Misty, who helped you get up. Before leaving for an ancient forest in Poland, she tells you that she's convinced you'll figure out your life no matter what, even as just another face in the crowds.
