This is IGN's Cyberpunk 2077 walkthrough for The Gig. It's the second part and conclusion to the Prologue job, The Rescue. Continue reading below for a quick walkthrough on how to complete this side job.

The Gig Walkthrough

In Act 1, your instructions for this side job are simple: wait for the lockdown to end. You can't reach Wakako over in Westbrook at this point, so continue the main story until you've completed Act 1.

You'll need to wait until Act 2 before you can complete this mission. Then, drive on over across the bridge from Watson to Westbrook to get in touch with Wakakako - she hasn't forgotten you, or the job you did before the heist.

Head through Japantown to the red light district known as Jig Jig Street, and look for a side door to Wakako's Pachinko Shop. You'll find the Fixer in the back room, and you can finally ask for the reward for saving the girl at the start of the game - you'll get money, plus an added bonus.

You'll get an updated objective to travel to Cassius Ryder's Ripperdoc shop back in Watson's Northside. All you need to do is talk to Ryder and buy the free hand cyberware, Tattoo: Tyger Claws Dermal Imprint.

Once you've purchased the hand cyberware, The Gig side job will be complete. You can now take advantage of cyberware and weapons that utilize smart-targeting. If you don't care for smart targeting, feel free to swap back to your other hand cyberware by visiting a ripperdoc at any time.
