How to Buy Cars
Before in Cyberpunk 2077, you'd have to wait for a Fixer to send you details to buy a new car. But thankfully, the days of waiting around for new wheels are over thanks to the 2.0 update! Now, you just need to track down an Autofixer Terminal to buy yourself a new vehicle. In this guide, we'll walk you through where to find these Terminals and how shopping for a new car works.
How to Buy Cars
In order to invest in a new vehicle, you'll need to find an Autofixer Terminal. The icon for them looks like this on your map:

Once you reach the Terminal, interact with the screen to start browsing. You'll find tabs on the left side of the screen that you can scroll through to find the right fit for you.
If you're playing the Phantom Liberty expansion, you can even purchase cars with mounted weaponry! These are indicated to you via icons in the top left corner of their car photo. You can have either turrets, missile launchers, or both.
When you find a car you like, hit the 'Buy' button and it'll be added to your inventory. Then, head outside and call your new vehicle by using the button in the lower left hand corner of the screen.
Now, you can enjoy Night City with some brand-new wheels.
How to Unlock New Cars
In the base game, new cars unlock as you gain more Street Cred. However, if you own the Phantom Liberty expansion, you can unlock vehicle discounts by completing Vehicle Contract Missions for El Capitan. For these, you'll just need to find the marked vehicle in Dogtown (as indicated by a steering wheel icon on the map) and drive it to the designated Fixer’s location.

How to Store Cars
While there is a garage near V's apartment complex, you do not need to park your vehicle there to store it. Vehicles are stored automatically after you exit them and can be summoned when needed.
