The last of the few skillshots (Discharged) should be unlocked here. You can read about it on the skillshot section. From here on out, the enemies are all Final Echo which basically means soldiers who can overcharge their PMC rifles and zap you.

Apart from that, they all die like the rest of 'em, so just Drill, Flailbomb, or otherwise smear their brains over the spaceship at your leisure. Thumping works well, if you have the shots left on your leash.
The other skillshot for this level would be Ejeculated, which is simply using the cargo release switches when there are enemies standing in the cargo bay. Trishka will point out the first instance, but you can do it once more in the room after Trishka leaves the party.
Trishka will leave the party soon after the first firefight. Give her a boost and then follow Ishi so he opens the door.
Manage your next batch enemies after Ishi opens the door by using the cargo switch. Saves on ammo and you get free skillpoints.
Once you do this, watch for the General's taunt over the loudspeaker, and the follow-up ass-kicking from a squad of enemies armed with a mounted mini-gun.
There's a box of ammo so you can take out the mini-gun operator, but a faster way would be to use the leash's thump on the whole mess and pulp the whole crew.
Take the mini-gun and use it liberally as you take a jaunt down the hall to the room with two mini-gun emplacements.

Use up the mini-gun to destroy the two soldiers at the emplacements in the storage room. Note that if you die here (after the checkpoint), the red explosive barrels disappear when you retry this zone. If you have ammo in the thumper (and plenty of it), you should be able to sweep this area clear when enemies show up.
"Defend" Ishi by fulfilling a kill quota. Use the two mini-guns on the upper deck to hose the enemies coming into the room. When Ishi mentions the enemies are flanking/ breaking in from the right, focus on the door and either fire or thump the bunch.
After this, you won't be firing for a while and only be doing QTE (quick time events).
Struggle against Ishi by spamming your melee button (you can pause and change the controls if you like one button for spam attacks more than another). Just hold out long enough for Ishi to say, "Okay Gray. One last time."
Crawl to the Peacemaker by using the triggers / 2-buttons / AIM and FIRE (probably left and right mouse click). Try to time these -- they are worth SP.
Start the killing spree with a kick as the barrel approaches you. Follow it up by firing the weapon at the right time (hey, it's 500 SP if you perfect it).
Leash the item next, and then fire a second time to get some results (500 SP each, if perfect).

Leash again and kick the General for the final sequence in this QTE.
After the QTE, you are back on the slag-heap of a planet, with Trishka as your allied bot. Fight your way out of the arena where you land, and start meandering back towards the Ulysses.
There's one last collectible newsbot before you enter the Ulysses (and start the timer). If you're not in a hurry, you may want to slow down and get this item before moving forward. There's no real time limit until you get aboard the ship.
Use the final dropkit in the game to load up on Driller ammo. Even if you don't want to kill everyone on the ship before you escape, you need to make quick progress, and one drill in the chest of a Final Echo deals with that problem.
Bonus Task ? Just One Last Thing
Kill all Final Echo before boarding the escape pod in 7-2. Drill everyone you meet and make it to the pod before the hatch auto-closes on you.

You'll be cutting it close with the escape pod bay (you were here before with Ishi and the General). Quickly waste the enemies running towards the pod (a thump is great here), or they activate the doors and it will start to close.
After you enter the pod, the only action left is to kick the enemy trying to get in (this enemy is not an active enemy, but one made for the QTE so doesn't count for your bonus task). Once you kick out the straggler, you win the game.
