Permafrost	Ice Fists	Ice Form
Every time Kelvin completes any skill, he temporarily gains 60 shield strength.	Kelvin's primary attack deals damage with a series of melee strikes, while his secondary attack pounds the ground, dealing area of effect damage.	Kelvin's dense crystalline ice shape is exceptionally durable, allowing him to soak up damage for his team.

Kelvin becomes a cloud of frigid air for 3 seconds, greatly increasing movement speed. Touching enemies deals 67 damage and stuns them for 1.5 seconds.	Bite an enemy, dealing 67 damage plus 15.0% of their max health up to 500. If the target is killed, Kelvin gains permanent health. Instantly kills minor enemies.	After a 1 second delay, Kelvin creates an impossible Ice Wall for 7 seconds that will stun nearby enemies on spawn and block movement.

Damaging an enemy with Chomp increases Kelvin's movement speed for a short time. +30% Movement Speed for 2 seconds.	2	Increases the bonus shield strength imparted by Permafrost when Kelvin activates Sublimate. +50% Permafrost Shield Strength.
Swelling Wind	3	Icemaker
The longer Kelvin remains in his Sublimate form, the more his movement speed increases. Up to +60% Movement Speed.	3	Replaces Sublimate's stun effect with an icy trail that slows enemies. +3 second slow Duration.
Mastication Restoration	4	Slow Food
A portion of health damage dealt by Chomp is returned to Kelvin as health. +23% Life Steal.	4	Chomp deals increased damage against slowed enemies. +25% Damage.
Ice VI	5	Blue Ice
Increases the bonus shields imparted by Permafrost. +20% Shield Strength Gained.	5	Kelvin takes reduced damage when Permafrost is active. +30% Damage Reduction.
Windchill	6	Consume
While Sublimated, damaging major enemies increases the skill's duration. Up to +3 seconds Duration.	6	Killing an enemy with Chomp drastically decreases Sublimate's cooldown time. -5 seconds Cooldown Time.
Groupthink	7	Icy Force
Kelvin's health regeneration rate increases when he's near allied Battleborn. +7 Health Regeneration per second.	7	Increases the push back effect of pounding the ground.
Hibernation	8	Windy Season
Kelvin regenerates health faster while Sublimated. +21 Health Regeneration per second.	8	Decreases Sublimate's cooldown, allowing more frequent use. -20% Cooldown Time.
Overeater	9	Sawtooth
Reduces the cooldown of Chomp, allowing more frequent use. -20% Cooldown Time.	9	Increases Chomp's maximum health bonus damage. +15% Damage.
Walled In	10	Absolute Zero
Reduces Ice Wall's cooldown, allowing more frequent use. -20% Cooldown Time.	10	Enemies in close range of an Ice Wall are slowed. +3 seconds Slow Duration.

Helix Mutations

Helix mutations are unlocked at character ranks 3, 5, 7, 9, and 12. They will become a third option for one of the ten Helix Ranks.
