Jacob is hot on the trail of a new Templar agent who plans to get rid of the Prime Minister. This means another round of spying, tailing, and eavesdropping to find out who this mysterious "B" is.
Reach the Sinopean Club
Head down the street to the large alley known as the Sinopean Club. Your target is on the other side of the tall building, and of course its surrounded by policemen. Zip up the top and over, and look for a large stack of leaves near the target. Fly on down and remain out of sight (Technically, you can kill a guard at this point since you haven't reached the objective just yet.
Spy on the Prime Minister
Side Objective: Do not kill any guards in the Sinopean Club
This can get tricky. The Prime Minister and his "friend" will enter from the left, and start arguing in the center circle. Along with the guards in the lanes outside, another guard will eventually come in from the same entrance and make a loop around the circle. Since there's nowhere to hide, you need to hide in plain sight by blending with the few crowd groups that there are. This also means you cant be spotted moving from one to the other, as he'll investigate and you'll have nowhere to go. Be cautious and make sure the guard isn't looking your way when you move positions.

Tackle the Spy
As the meeting concludes, a shady fellow will begin stalking the Prime Minister. catch up with him and knock him to the ground to find out he's not the target. Before he can dish out any useful info, a sniper will end his life.

Side Objective: Avoid all of the sniper's shots
Refrain from directly zipping up the side of the building when giving chase to the sniper. Run alongside the building to the corner then carefully zip up along the side. Use Eagle Vision to see when she's aiming, and remain out of sight until she starts running. As long as you keep close, she won't have time to turn and shoot.

Follow the sniper across the rooftops until she reaches a dead end, then wail on her until she passes out, and you get the information you need to continue your work.
