Collect all of Ishak Pasha's memoir pages.

There a total of ten pages scattered throughout the city (see map below). Once you have gathered 25 Animus Data Fragments you will be able to purchase a map that contains the location of all the memoir pages.

Finding all 10 Ishak Pasha's Memoir Pages will unlock the Hagia Sophia Challenge Map. Once you have completed Hagia Sophia you will be rewarded with the Armor of Ishak Pasha.
