Replay Sequence 1 Memory 5, The Wounded Eagle. The first thing you will need to do after the cinematic is over is fight off 3 guards. Use your throwing knives, hold triangle until all 3 guards are highlighted to get the trophy.

HINT: Sometimes guards get too close very soon making you unable to target all three of them. To make it easier use a caltrop bomb to stop them, run away a little and then use your knives.
