Show-Off

Climb to the top of a tall tower that is near a zip line. Jump off the tower and parachute. Once you are above the zip line. Press and hold the circle button(PS3)/B button(Xbox 360).

The easiest way to do this is to simply jump from a roof that is slightly higher than the zipline and drop as soon as you're over it. (these situations are abundant throughout the city)
