To get this trophy/achievement, go to the Multiplayer Menu and press LB to get to the Data Hub.? From there go to Characters and pick one to get to a menu where you can customize various options such as their appearance, main and secondary weapons, taunts, and stun moves.

Note: The earliest you can get this achievement is when you reach level 10 in multiplayer which will allow you to change your main weapon.? It also requires 25 Abstergo Credits which you will have already gained by that point.
