Once you have obtained 30 Animus Data Fragments.? Go the the start menu and select "Return to Animus Island". You will want to enter the fifth set of pillars on top of the hill to continue Desmond's Journey.? Once you have completed Part V: Regret the achievement / trophy will unlock.
