Despite the hiccups & not having all the previous game did, in some ways they improved. I'm still going at this game. I am however using dev mode and other mods to enable locked out functions so some roads now have center turn lane traffic lites with a separate sequence from the straight across signals. This game also has a draggable parking lot line network tool, but again, only for pc players with mods enabling locked out functions. You will need a top of the line system for this one. While the loading screen is much shorter than the first, it's load & unload the much bigger world as you move, so expect some hold up times. It's as stable as Simcity4 & Beth's Fallouts, so move carefully, not so quick to click & manual save when you can. Just do not expect this to do all the last game did. 1/2 way stops have been replaced with default yields, you have no ctrl of that should you opt out of traffic lites. Only all way stop signs exist. Also forget the fence tool and restricting zoning from specific parts of the road. The graphics are higher resolution albeit now a lot less detailed than the last. At the very least it's not so cartoonish like the last game. Overall, it's ok for me, just not a high rating given overall performance.
