The new iPhone 11 Pro comes in two screen sizes 5.8 and 6.5 inches. Both versions sport a Super Retina XDR display with a maximum brightness of 1,200 nits, which apparently allows it to support both HDR 10, Dolby Vision.
Like the iPhone 11, this new Pro model sports Apple's latest A13 Bionic chip, which sports 8.5 billion transistors capable of processing one trillion operations per second. The new chip is more sectioned off than Appl's previous mobile chips with two performance cores, four efficiency cores and an 8-core neural engine.
Apparently this new processor also makes the iPhone 11 Pro last longer. The Cupertino company claims the iPhone 11 Pro will last four hours longer than an iPhone XS. The Max version meanwhile will go five hours longer than the previous iPhone XS Max.
Moving onto cameras, the iPhone 11 Pro is the first one to sport three of them. You get one 12MP wide camera with f/1.8 aperture, a 12MP telephoto camera at f/2.0, and lastly a 12MP, f/2.4 ultra wide camera. While on stage, Apple's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Phil Schiller also gave us a sneak peek at a new Deep Fusion photo mode. Essentially, this feature takes nine images before you press the shutter and compiles them into one extremely high-res image.
You'll also be able to use all three of the iPhone 11 Pro's cameras for video. The cameras work together so while you're shooting with one, its sending autofocus and exposure information to the other sensors, which makes switching in between the lenses while you're recording seamless.
