Set in modern Tokyo, 428 tells the story of a mysterious event that occurs in the city's bustling Shibuya region. You follow the events from the perspective of Achi Endo and Shinya Kano along with a few unannounced main characters.
Like Imabikisou, 428 features live action footage. Also like that title, it doesn't have the slightest chance of ever seeing release outside of Japan. In its home territory, however, 428 should do reasonably well, as ChunSoft has a strong following.
