The game will have two new versus modes -- two players will be able to compete against each other over the NeoGeo Pocket Color link cable. In "Get the Rings," the idea is to collect as many rings in a given time. "Sonic Rush" is a racing-style challenge where you have to race to the goal as fast as you can. Each of the Versus stages will have different paths, obstacles and stunts.
Sonic Pocket Adventure is set for a Japanese release on December 16. No official release date has been set for the US version of the game, but don't expect to see it until after the new year.
