When contacted, neither AgeTec, who currently handles several other first-party peripherals, nor Sega were willing to commit to the validity of the product's release. Sega went on to state that they still had no intentions of releasing such a product on the market, and the move hardly makes sense this far beyond their premiere light-gun title, House of the Dead 2's September 9 release.
Should anything change, we'll be sure to keep you posted, but until the unlikely event that this becomes the case, Interact's StarFire Light Blaster remains your best bet for bussin' a zombie cap or two.
